GO-Hub Jamaica (“GO-Hub”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through gohubja.com, how we use it, who may receive it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

  • Contact and business information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, role and the details you include in an enquiry.
  • Consultation information, such as the date and time you request and information you provide when scheduling through Calendly.
  • Assessment information, including your answers, score, operational priorities and the contact information used to deliver your results.
  • Consultant profile information, such as your skills, work history, availability, biography, profile image, résumé or other documents you choose to provide.
  • Technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information and security or server logs generated when you use the website.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and provide requested information or services;
  • schedule and prepare for consultation calls;
  • calculate and deliver operational-assessment results;
  • create and manage consultant profiles and consider consultants for suitable project opportunities;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
  • maintain appropriate business records and comply with legal obligations; and
  • send marketing communications only where you have opted in or where permitted by law. You may opt out at any time.

The operational assessment automatically produces a score and recommendations. It is a guidance tool and is not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Our reasons for processing

Where applicable, we process information with your consent, to take steps you request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate business interests such as responding to enquiries, securing the website and improving our services. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with authorised GO-Hub personnel and service providers that help us operate the website and deliver our services, including website hosting, email, security and scheduling providers. Consultation bookings are handled through Calendly and are also subject to Calendly’s privacy notice. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganisation.

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside Jamaica. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements designed to protect personal information in accordance with applicable requirements.

How long we keep information

  • Website enquiries, consultation records and operational-assessment submissions are generally retained for up to three years after the last relevant interaction.
  • Consultant profiles are retained while the profile is active and generally for up to three years after closure or the last meaningful interaction, unless deletion is requested or a longer period is required.
  • Routine website security and server logs are generally retained for up to twelve months.

We may keep information for longer where required by law, necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or needed to resolve an active matter. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.

Cookies and embedded services

The website may use cookies and similar technologies needed for security and functionality. Embedded services, including Calendly, may set their own cookies or collect technical information when they load. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling necessary cookies may affect how the website works.

Your choices and rights

Children

This website and GO-Hub’s services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
